Over the summer, there was an announcement to the cast from Doug “Boss Man” of a new co-director. Casey (also known as Sunshine Daydream) was named. As the new co-director, I wanted to share a few things with you, the fans, and how this is going to make the Rocky Horror experience more fun and exciting!
Since there are now two people in charge of the show, you will (and may already have) see a lot of new things. For instance, opening a Twitter account- @kcrockyhorror. There will also be a lot of new things added to this webpage, including pictures from several of our shows. We have two of our regulars that we have contacted to use their photos on this website (and will give proper credit to them for use of their photos). Some of the cast and I have been promoting the show all over the city, including handing out flyers and discussing the show with random individuals in Westport over the weekend.
We are all excited for both of our October shows this month. Our first show, October 15th, is our normal show. The second show, on October 29th will be one of the biggest events we have ever held. We are going to start the evening with a Halloween/birthday party, in honor of Boss Man’s birthday. Then the night will end with a MIDNIGHT showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show. Tickets will cost you a little more than usual for the Halloween show, but we promise it will be worth the extra few dollars! We encourage everyone to dress up in their Halloween costumes!
